Fabrication Lead

Fabrication Lead

Contract (1099) • Pay based on experience

Spicewood FabWorks is seeking an experienced senior welder ready to step into a leadership role. The Fabrication Lead position is all about communication—between you and our owners, clients, vendors, and contractors—while staying hands-on in the shop and in the field.

This role requires strong time-management skills, organization, and the ability to shift between multiple projects, sometimes all in the same day.

The best part? There are no desks here—just power tools (okay, maybe a little desk time). This role offers hands-on fabrication work, leadership responsibility, and opportunities for growth for welders looking to take the next step.
